Sydney Pepper joined the Children’s Law Center as Development Director in 2023. Prior to joining the team at CLC, Sydney worked at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati as Director of Development, Grants, the American Sign Museum, and the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. Sydney switched from the arts sector to human and social services in 2021 to better serve her passion for equity and justice for individuals in Greater Cincinnati and beyond.

Sydney graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with an MA in Arts Administration and an MBA. She currently serves as Co-VP of Membership for the AFP of Greater Cincinnati Chapter and as consultant for The Gena Branscombe Project. Sydney resides in Cincinnati with her partner and their two cats.
