DONOR PRIVACY POLICY

Children’s Law Center will not sell, share, or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by CLC, both online and offline, on any platform (such as our website), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. To the extent that any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used to process the donation.

Children’s Law Center uses donor information to provide them with personalized service, to send mailings and e-mail newsletters, to answer requests, to process donations, etc. We may also track visitors to our website (without any personally identifying information); this lets us see how many visitors we have each month and which features are the most popular so we can better serve our users' needs. Furthermore, to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information collected online.
