Louise Sheard has held various upper-level management positions in Cincinnati-based law firms. She has been responsible for the business management of the firms, direct supervision of the firm’s employees and the oversight of various projects and enhancements dedicated to improving their overall business functionality. She was also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm including: financial management, human resource management, systems management, facilities management, partner compensation and practice management. She has also worked in Chicago, where she was a Vice President in Human Resources for the Tribune Co.

Louise attended Bohecker’s College and has a paralegal certificate from Ohio University. She has also attended numerous seminars regarding law firm management, legal technology and human resources management. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, has served on the advisory board of Miami Jacobs College and is a Kentucky Notary Public.
